Standard rates Standard day rates for consulting, advisory and hands-on delivery provide a starting point and are not a quote.
Work is usually arranged as single days, a block of days to draw down, or a regular monthly commitment.
Enterprise For corporates, investors and VC-backed organisations that need a small number of days of senior consultancy or hands-on work.
Typical uses include strategy, due diligence, product and market advice, and short, focused delivery support.
Outline General Terms of Business 1. About these Terms These Terms of Business (“Terms”) set out the general terms under which Dan Bayley, trading as db net solutions (“Consultant”, “I”, “me” or “my”) provides consulting and related professional services to clients (“Client”, “you” or “your”).
These Terms apply to all services provided by me unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
The specific services, scope, deliverables, fees, time commitment, duration and other commercial arrangements for an engagement will be set out in a separate Statement of Work / Engagement Agreement (“SOW”).
